I was reading some articles and there it was talking about kickboxing..
It is a good stress relieving workout and is able to help tone muscles in e upper and lower body
Sounds really cool to me...so i thought looking for such courses online...
but..
Most courses takes 3 months and I don't have that....

I thought I could find something interesting to do...but well.. maybe I can try myself at home by watching videos..
LOL maybe ... i say MAYYBEE...
