I was reading some articles and there it was talking about kickboxing..
It is a good stress relieving workout and is able to help tone muscles in e upper and lower body
Sounds really cool to me...so i thought looking for such courses online...

I really enjoyed today's celebration.. though I'm like drowsy, sleepy... 0.0 ...
Quite emotional.. I really don't know why I was crying at certain parts in the service... While worshipping, while we were being prayed forth by Pst Abraham and of cos watching the tribute videos... brings back some memories...

I found the route to Changi Beach Via East Coast Park... Phew it was 150mins of non-stop cycling from ECP hawker centre to Changi SAF ferry terminal... On a fine weather like these... S'pore really isn't that bad when it comes to scenary...

Today me and ravy set out to look for Country Mana in suntec... there used to be an outlet in Century Square . Yup when Kenny Rogers was there as well.  The soup with the bread on top and that chicken...AWWW... i miss those taste... but well

Unfortunately the last Country Mana in Suntec also closed down...

Anyone still knows where in S'pore I can find this restaurant?

i think i found something to keep me occupied till NS comes...
i wanna learn how to play canon D on guitar....
